If you enquire about our products and services, we will work with the contact details you provide to us, mainly through the enquiry form. These are: first name, last name, telephone number, email address, permanent address, delivery address.

We will contact you using these details to arrange further communication regarding goods and services.

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, performance of a contract, or steps taken prior to entering into a contract at your request.

 

How long will we process the personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for no longer than two years from our last communication.

 

 B. Processing of personal data in the event of a purchase

 

If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the data you provide to us. These are mainly billing details: first name, last name, permanent address, delivery address, telephone number, and email address.

 

For what purpose?

We need to process personal data in order to fulfil our contract, to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also use the contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order, or about complaints, returns, or your questions.

We will also process personal data in order to fulfil our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, and for handling complaints and other matters).

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, compliance with a legal obligation.

If you are a purchasing customer and you did not prohibit it at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our news.

This is permitted under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, provided that you did not prohibit it at the time of purchase.

  • companies involved in dispatching goods (Zásilkovna, PPL)
  • companies involved in processing payments

Our company has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

 

In our company, no decisions are made based solely on automated processing or profiling.
