Boxing glove size is selected mainly according to your intended use. The oz marking indicates the weight of the gloves – the higher the number, the more padding and protection the glove provides. How to take care of boxing gloves?

After every training session, allow the gloves to dry properly in a well-ventilated place. Do not leave them closed inside a training bag or any other enclosed space for a long time. Avoid direct sunlight and do not place gloves on radiators, as excessive heat can damage the materials.

The inside of the gloves can occasionally be treated with a textile disinfectant and then allowed to dry completely. The outside surface can be cleaned by gently wiping it with a damp cloth. Never wash boxing gloves in a washing machine.

For better hygiene, hand protection and longer glove lifespan, we recommend using boxing hand wraps. Wraps absorb sweat, support the wrist and knuckles, and help prevent moisture from penetrating into the glove interior.
